When you reserve a vehicle we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and the configuration you chose. When you drive one, the car records telemetry — battery state, charging sessions, software versions and diagnostic faults. Location history is off by default and stays off until you turn it on.
Reservation data is used to build and deliver your car, and to contact you about it. Telemetry is used to diagnose faults, improve range estimation and decide what to fix in the next software release. We do not sell any of it, and we do not share it with insurers or advertisers.
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Telemetry is aggregated after eighteen months so it can no longer be tied back to a specific vehicle. You can request deletion of everything else at any time.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, correct anything wrong, or have it erased. Write to privacy@electra.example and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

A reservation holds a place in the production queue. It is not a purchase contract. The deposit is fully refundable until you sign the order agreement, which happens roughly six weeks before your build slot.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable and exclude registration and local incentives. If the price of your configuration changes between reservation and order, you pay the lower of the two.
Estimated delivery windows are estimates. We update them monthly and we tell you when they slip. A delay does not entitle either party to cancel the order agreement, but you may cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.
Vehicles receive over-the-air updates for at least ten years from delivery. Driver assistance features are aids, not autonomy: the driver remains responsible for the vehicle at all times.
Four years or 80,000 km on the vehicle, eight years or 190,000 km on the battery, whichever comes first. Battery capacity is warranted not to fall below 70% within that period.
